What exactly is Vella?

Vella is the digital infrastructure for your business: one system made of modulesCRM with chatbot, inventory, client base, win-back, and metrics— that work together. You turn on the ones you need and Vella runs them for you. It’s not “a bot”: the chatbot is just one part.

How is it different from any other chatbot?

Does Vella work with WhatsApp Business?

Yes. It connects to your current WhatsApp, Instagram, and Messenger channels in one inbox. You don’t change your number or ask your clients to write somewhere else.

Do I need a computer or just my phone?

Your phone is enough to supervise and reply. Vella runs on its own in the cloud; you log in from wherever you are to see your messages, your calendar, and your numbers.

What is a CRM for small businesses?

A CRM is your client base: who is who, what they bought, and how often they come back. In Vella it fills itself with every conversation, so follow-up is easy and personal, without spreadsheets.

How much does it cost to automate my business WhatsApp?

How it works day to day

Does Vella reply on its own, or do I have to keep checking?

It answers the usual questions on its own —prices, hours, availability, booking— and pings you when something needs your eye. You don’t have to be glued to the phone, but you can see everything and take over whenever you want.

Can I see what it replies to my clients?

Yes. Every conversation stays in your unified inbox, with the full history. Nothing happens “behind your back”.

Can I jump into a conversation whenever I want?

Of course. At any moment you take over a chat and continue yourself; when you’re done, Vella picks it back up. You can also flag topics so it always hands them to you.

Does it work at night and on weekends?

Yes, 24/7. Even when you’re closed, Vella keeps answering, booking, and holding items. The next day everything is in order.

Chatbot & inbox

What if a customer asks something Vella doesn’t know?

Instead of making something up, it hands it to you. And it learns from every answer you correct: next time it knows, and replies on its own. The more you use it, the better it answers.

Can you tell it’s a bot?

It’s configured with your tone and the way your business talks. The goal isn’t to “seem human”, it’s to serve well and fast; when something is delicate, it hands it to you.

Can it book appointments or hold products on its own?

Yes. It checks your calendar or your inventory in the moment and closes the appointment or the hold right in the conversation.

Which channels does it work with?

Do I use the WhatsApp number I already have?

Yes, it connects to your current channels. You don’t have to change your number or ask your clients to write somewhere else.

Does it integrate with other tools I already use?

Payments & cash

Can it charge and send the payment link over WhatsApp?

Yes. It sends the payment link in the same conversation, records the payment when it lands, and adds it to your daily cash-out, without you adding anything up.

Does it keep my daily cash-out?

Yes. Every sale and every payment is recorded instantly, so by closing time your day’s total is already balanced.

What payment methods does it handle?

Payment link with card, bank transfer, and cash records. In the demo we set it up according to how you charge today.

Inventory

What if I don’t track my inventory in any system today?

We build it with you from scratch. You load your products once, and from then on Vella keeps count on its own every time you sell or hold something.

Does it warn me when something is running out?

Yes. It sends you low-stock alerts and suggests what to restock, so you don’t find out it’s gone after you already lost the sale.

My business is services, I don’t sell products. Is it useful for me?

Yes. We simply turn off the inventory module and turn on the ones you do need, like scheduling and payments. See module.

Scheduling & appointments

How does it fill the calendar?

When someone asks, Vella checks your available slots and closes the appointment right there. Then it confirms, reminds, and reschedules if needed — all over WhatsApp.

Does it help with no-shows?

Yes. Automatic reminders before the appointment cut no-shows a lot, and if someone cancels, the slot frees up for another client.

Clients & win-back

Does it keep each client’s history?

Yes. The client base fills itself with every conversation and purchase: what they ordered, how often they come, and what they prefer. Follow-up gets easy and personal.
